An abdominal or ventral hernia.
lienocele
Hernia of the spleen.
liparocele
A hernia containing adipose tissue, such as an omental hernia [omental refers to the double layer of peritoneum that connects the stomach to another abdominal organ].
lipocele
A hernia containing fatty tissue.
metrocele
mucocele
1. The accumulation of mucus in a sac or a cavity; for example, enlargement of the lacrinal sac.
2. Distension with mucus of a mucous membrane-lined organ or compartment of the body (for example, the gallbladder, appendix, frontal sinus) as the result of acquired atresia (absence of a normal opening or failure of a structure to be tubular) of its duct or lumen (channel within a tube).
3. A cystic disease of the air cavities of the cranial bones causing erosion of the bone.

3. Tumor of a testis.
4. A testis retained in the inguinal canal.

Scrotal tumor with scrotal hernia.

oscheohydrocele
Hydrocele [serous fluid] in the sac of a scrotal hernia.
osteocele
perineocele
A hernia in the perineal region, either between the rectum and the vagina or the rectum and the bladder, or alongside the rectum.
