acrodysaesthesia
1. Dysesthesia (impairment of the senses) in the extremities, usually the hands and feet.
2. An abnormal and unpleasant sensation in the peripheral portions of the extremities.
acrodysesthesia
1. Abnormal sensations on the skin of the legs and arms; such as, a feeling of numbness, tingling, prickling, or a burning or cutting pain.

acrodysostosis
A disorder in which the hands and feet are short with stubby fingers and toes.

Growth retardation is progressive. Mental retardation and marked nasal hypoplasia are also present.

algodystrophy
A painful local disturbance of growth, particularly due to focal aseptic necrosis of bone and cartilage;also: algesidystrophy.

amebic dysentery
An acute amebic dysentery of humans caused by Entamoeba histolytica which rarely occurs spontaneously in dogs and cats.

A similar disease of reptiles and amphibians is caused by Entamoeba invadens and Entamoeba ranarum.

amylodyspepsia
The inability to digest starchy foods.
angiodystrophia
1. Any disorder of blood vessels caused by a defective supply of nutrients.
2. Defective formation or growth associated with marked vascular changes.

apodysophilia
An undue eagerness to disrobe.
arthrodysplasia
Hereditary congenital defect of joint development.
aurodysomophobia
A fear or delusion that the person himself/herself has a vile or repugnant odor. This phobia may result in excessive washing (ablutomania) or in the avoidance of social contacts.
autodysomophobia
A psychotic fear or delusion that one has a vile or stinking odor and that others will be aware of such a stench which may cause the person to practice excessive washing (ablutomania) or an avoidance of all social situations.
blepharodyschroia
Discoloration of the eyelid from nevous (birthmark) or from any other cause.
bradydysrhythmia
An abnormal heart rhythm with rate less than 60 beats per minute in an adult; the term bradyarrhythmia is usually used instead.
