In a man, a strong preference for lovemaking in which the woman pretends to struggle before giving in or acquiescing to sexual intercourse.
agrophile
Anything that thrives, or survives, in cultivated soils.
agrophilous
1. Thriving in cultivated soils.
2. Having a natural habitat in grain fields.
agrophily
Thriving in cultivated soils.
aigialophilous, aigialophile, aigialophily
Thriving in beach habitats.
ailurophilous, aelurophilous; ailurophile aelurophile; ailurophily aelurophily:
A special love or fondness for cats.
aiphyllophilous, aiphyllophile, aiphyllophily
Thriving in evergreen woodland.

Thriving in evergreen thickets.

In psychiatry, synonymous with masochism [sexual satisfaction that is dependent upon the subject suffering pain, ill-treatment, and humiliation]; a term coined by Féré in L’Instinct Sexuel.

Thriving in alkaline habitats.
