nephophobia
An excessive fear of clouds. People who experience this phobia will not look up in the sky at clouds. This fear may be related to other fears concerning weather; such as, impending rain, thunderstorms, or lightning. Some depressions are seasonally related, and for those whose depression occurs during the cloudier months, clouds can be particularly threatening.

An irrational dread of night and its silence and darkness or of what might happen at night.

An abnormal fear of darkness or night. Examples of this phobia include not going out at night and making sure that there are plenty of lights on in ones residence.
