autoantisepsis
1. The combination of methods by which the body excludes germs.
2. The prevention of sepsis by antiseptic means; sepsis is a severe illness caused by overwheming infection of the bloodstream by toxin-producing bacteria.
3. Any procedure that reduces to a significant degree the microbial flora of skin or mucous membranes.
4. Also known as physiologic antisepsis or the combination of methods by which the body excludes germs.
autoantitoxin
1. Anitoxin produced by the body itself.
2. An antitoxin produced by an individual that will inhibit the action of a toxin released from the tissues of that same individual.
autoasphyxiation
Aphyxiation of an organism by the products of its own metabolism.
autoaudible
1. A description of a condition in which the sounds of an individual's heart are audible to that person.
2. Audible to oneself; used especially of sounds arising within the components of the middle, or inner ear, or vascular and other sounds arising more distantly in the body.

All animal cries are said to be autoaudible.

An autogenous bacteriophage, a phage obtained from the patient under treatment.

An automobile expressway, or superhighway, in a German-speaking country or region; such as, Germany and Austria. Bahn is a German word for "road way".

Someone who writes about his or her personal life history.
