venofibrosis
Fibrous hardening of the walls of the veins.
venogram
A radiogram of a vein after injection of a contrast medium.
venography
1. The roentgenographic (x-ray) examination of veins.
2. A special x-ray of the veins that is performed by first injecting a radiopaque contrast that shows up on x-ray in the vein in question and then taking a conventional x-ray.

Used to demonstrate a blockage of a vein. Commonly used in the lower extremities to diagnose deep venous thrombosis.
