pioepithelium
Epithelium in which fatty matter is deposited. Epithelium refers to the covering of internal and external surfaces of the body, including the lining of vessels and other small cavities.
pionemia
The presence of an emulsion of fine oil globules in the blood, sometimes found in diabetes; a form of lipemia.
Piophila
A genus of small, black, dipterous insects containing the species Piophila casei, the "cheese fly", that deposits its eggs preferably on cheese but also on ham, bacon, and other fatty foods. The larvae, commonly called cheese skippers, are a cause of intestinal myiasis (invasion or infection of a body area or cavity by the larvae of flies).

1. Dyspnea while lying down, due to obesity.
2. Difficulty breathing in any but the erect posture, due to obesity.
