acromegalogigantism
Gigantism and acromegaly due to hypersecretion of the pituitary growth hormone beginning before puberty and continuing into maturity.
acromegaloidism
A bodily condition resembling acromegaly but not due to pituitary disorder.
acromegaly, acromegalic
A chronic disease of adults caused by hypersecretion of the pituitary growth hormones and characterized by enlargement of many parts of the skeleton, especially the distal portions; such as, the nose, ears, jaws, fingers, and toes.
adenomegaly
Enlargement of one or both adrenal glands.

Enlargement of the adrenal glands.
angiomegaly
Enlargement of blood vessels, causing swelling, especially of the eyelids.

Enlargement of the atruium.

1. Enlargement of one or both hands which may be seen in syringomyelia (condition characterized by the formation of a central fluid-containing cavity in the substance of the spinal cord).
2. Enlargement of the hands, wrists, or ankles.
clitoromegaly
Commonly seen as a congenital malformation or enlargement of the female genitals.
dactylomegaly
Abnormally large fingers or toes.
dysmegalopsia
The inability to visualize correctly the size of objects.

They appear larger than they really are.

1. Abnormally large handwriting, often the result of a nervous disorder in the writer.
2. Examination of objects with unaided eyes.
3. Abnormally large handwriting.
